Hi there!

I'm Shelby; also known as Shelb, Mom, or "Punkin’" if you’re my Grandma. I live in the heart of Northern BC alongside my husband and our three wonderful kids. In addition to operating a photography business, I also instruct and do marketing at our local community college. All my jobs allow me to flex my creative muscles, and I love that I can incorporate my creativity into the many facets of my life.

The creative in me ensures that I have a lot of hobbies on the go at all times. You'll catch me arranging a colourful bouquet in my garden, baking artisan breads, painting with the kids, crafting, sewing, or even renovating something in the house (sorry, husband!). When I'm not in creative mode, you'll catch me in our home gym blowing off steam and when I get a minute to relax, it's spent cuddled up on the couch with the latest and greatest Netflix doc.

I've had a love for photography since I was a young teen, and have been consistent in learning the tricks of the trade, evolving my editing style and incorporating new ventures such as videography. I love combining my ideas with yours to bring the vision to life, whether you are hoping for cozy family photos or a super cool wedding. Together we will make your experience special, no doubt.
